Platform Manager, Instagram

About the role

Beast Industries is looking for an Instagram Platform Manager to own the day‑to‑day publishing and community presence of the MrBeast brand on Instagram. You will shape the creative direction, tone, and timing of every post, story, Reel, and interaction, turning each piece of content into a strategic advantage that drives growth, loyalty, and cultural impact.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch, create, and publish feed posts, Reels, and Stories on the MrBeast Instagram account.
• Manage and engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and story replies in real time.
• Translate overall brand and content strategy into Instagram‑specific creative and engagement tactics.
• Identify opportunities for content and community engagement that support audience growth, partnerships, and monetisation.
• Collaborate with Social Analytics and Growth teams to align organic content with performance insights and paid strategy.
• Monitor community sentiment, cultural trends, and fan behaviour to inform real‑time decisions.
• Support major content launches and live events by driving conversation and interaction at scale.

Required profile

• Strong point of view on tone, timing, creative direction, and platform‑specific behaviour.
• Ability to act as the brand’s authentic voice and manage real‑time community interaction.
• Experience translating brand strategy into platform‑specific execution.
