Event Coordinator Intern

About the role

Racine Collective, a Latina‑owned creator marketing agency, is looking for a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator Intern. You will support the planning and execution of creator‑focused events, brand activations, networking experiences, and community campaigns across the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing creator events, networking experiences, and brand activations.
• Coordinate communication with vendors, venues, sponsors, and creators.
• Support event logistics, including timelines, setup coordination, and attendee management.
• Help with outreach to brands, small businesses, and potential partners.
• Manage event check‑ins, guest experiences, and day‑of operations.
• Coordinate content capture during events for social media promotion.
• Brainstorm creative event concepts and brand collaboration ideas.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in influencer marketing, event planning, social media, or brand partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with businesses and creators.
• Ability to multitask in fast‑paced event environments.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, community building, and creator culture.
• Previous event, marketing, or social media experience is a plus but not required.
