Planner – Supply Chain & Inventory Management

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a Planner to own product inventory and ensure optimal customer service through data‑driven resupply planning. You will work closely with manufacturing, global supply chain, and commercial teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product and item‑level inventory to meet availability and optimization goals.
• Execute the resupply plan across local and global packaging and distribution functions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Planning and Global Supply Chain to resolve supply issues.
• Provide input to monthly Demand and Operations Planning processes.
• Support new product launches and product lifecycle management through discontinuation.
• Monitor resupply using CooperVision’s analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory, transactional, or system discrepancies.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Progress toward or completion of APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
