Planner – Supply Chain & Inventory Management

About the role

The Planner will own product inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and high customer service through detailed data analysis and end‑to‑end resupply planning. You will work closely with manufacturing, global supply chain, and commercial teams to align supply with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory at product and item levels to meet availability and optimization goals.
• Execute the resupply plan across local and global packaging and distribution functions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Planning and Global Supply Chain teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Provide input to monthly Demand and Operations Planning processes.
• Support new product launches and product lifecycle management through discontinuation.
• Monitor resupply using business analytics tools, identify priorities, and maintain high customer service.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory, transactional, or system discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and change‑management projects.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication across supply chain hierarchy.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred).
