PharmD Fellow – Safety Analysis Scientist

About the role

The PharmD Fellowship in Global Safety Strategy & Risk Management prepares a recent Pharm.D. graduate to become proficient in safety analyses and report writing for regulated products. Based in Horsham, PA, the Fellow will work closely with the Medical Safety Officer and cross‑functional safety partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scientific safety analyses and evaluations to support regulatory compliance and safety decisions.
• Support Product Safety Management Teams by retrieving data, performing analyses, drafting and revising reports.
• Participate in safety data reviews, signal tracking, and health authority interactions.
• Present data to internal and external stakeholders and assist with educational lectures.
• Rotate through other safety functions such as case processing and signal management.

Required profile

• Pharm.D. degree earned within the last 2 years or to be received before the fellowship start.
• Strong understanding of medical concepts and ability to analyze complex scientific data.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis and report writing capabilities.
