About the role

This part‑time, on‑site position supports the Bloomingdale’s store in Chicago by delivering personalized styling and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

Maintain store presentation standards and visual merchandising.
Support sales targets and build customer loyalty.
Assist customers with styling and product selection.
Collaborate with the store team to deliver the Reiss experience.

Required profile

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of fashion trends and passion for the Reiss brand.
Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail in visual merchandising.
Flexibility to work retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Previous retail or styling experience is a plus.
Proactive mindset with commitment to exceed expectations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
