Part‑Time Retail Keyholder at Alderwood Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated part‑time Keyholder to join the Alderwood Mall store team in Lynnwood, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a welcoming environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and stocking to keep the sales floor organized.
• Open and close the store, manage cash handling, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Coach and train team members on selling practices and store standards.
• Support inventory management, product replenishment, and floor presentation.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow store policies.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
