Full-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Supervisor to join the store management team at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, high standards, and a welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs while supporting store management directives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
