Retail Inventory & Merchandising Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to perform inventory and merchandising projects for leading retailers. The role involves executing store resets, remodels and fixture installations on a flexible, part‑time basis in Lynnwood and other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects according to client specifications.
• Read and implement detailed planograms to ensure correct product placement.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise efficiently.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, resets, remodels, or fixture installation is preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms accurately.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation to travel between store sites.
• Smartphone with internet access for mobile reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, professional attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
