Part‑time Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work part‑time (approximately 16 hours per week). The role blends strategic HR guidance with hands‑on operational oversight, supporting leadership as the organization grows and integrates new acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice to leadership on employee relations, compliance, and best practices.
• Lead integration of a recently acquired company, covering cultural alignment, onboarding, policy harmonisation, and employee experience.
• Oversee benefits strategy, manage broker relationships, and drive open‑enrollment processes while ensuring multi‑state compliance.
• Supervise payroll operations performed by an external provider, review accuracy, and act as the internal point of contact (ADP experience preferred).
• Manage and improve current HR processes, evaluate future HRIS solutions, and support data migration and system integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a standalone or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, open enrollment, and multi‑state employment regulations.
• Demonstrated experience with mergers, acquisitions, or company integrations.
• Hands‑on involvement in HRIS implementations or upgrades.
• Excellent communication, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in a flexible, part‑time environment.
