Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a senior HR leader to serve as the strategic partner for our New England and Mid‑Atlantic markets. The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Market Operations Directors, and multi‑unit field leaders to translate people strategy into data‑driven programs that boost leadership capability, improve retention, and scale across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to regional leadership, aligning workforce planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives with operational goals.
• Design and execute scalable HR interventions, including performance cycles, compensation reviews, org‑design changes, and HR system rollouts.
• Diagnose root causes of turnover, staffing gaps, and leadership challenges; develop and implement targeted solutions.
• Build repeatable processes and operating rhythms that ensure consistent HR support across all markets.
• Leverage data, trends, and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant multi‑unit HR Business Partner experience in quick‑service, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Proven ability to balance strategic influence with hands‑on execution.
• Residency within Boston, RI, NH, Western MA, PA, DE, MD, DC, or VA and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Strong business acumen, independent judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
