About the role
Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) is seeking a Partner Success Consultant to work with senior executives across its global partner network. The role blends strategy, product insight, data analysis, and execution to help partners maximize the value of the HTS Commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that boost revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products.
- Lead executive business reviews with C‑level and senior stakeholders, translating partner goals into clear roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of partners, building trusted relationships and aligning on priorities.
- Identify performance gaps using platform data and design initiatives to close them.
- Translate partner needs into scalable product capabilities, influencing the product roadmap.
- Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive decision‑makers.
- Collaborate onsite with partner teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring smooth transitions and rapid time‑to‑value.
- Monitor partner health metrics, flag risks early, and resolve issues proactively.
- Codify best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for the global partner network.
Required profile
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within technology, travel, or e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C‑level leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution in fast‑moving environments.
- Experience in travel, e‑commerce, or SaaS is a strong asset.
