Part-time Service Technician (Lariat)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Service Technician to join our Lariat property team in Greeley, Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining the building’s physical systems, grounds and common areas to ensure safety, functionality and a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and safety codes.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property’s mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used and time spent on each task.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and safe for residents and staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a similar service‑technician role.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and vendors.
