Part-Time Leasing Professional (Ancora)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Professional to support the Ancora community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle and fostering strong resident relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track vacancies, applications, and resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change).
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
