Pallet Sorter – Distribution Facility

About the role

As a Pallet Sorter at Relogistics, you will manually sort and move pallets within a busy distribution center, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth flow of materials. This hands‑on position is essential to keeping our customers' production lines running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Hand‑stack pallets to appropriate heights and secure loads.
• Load and unload trailers and move pallets or crates throughout the facility.
• Verify product quality and conformance to standards.
• Coordinate trailer movements using the yard management system.
• Complete production paperwork accurately to track progress.
• Communicate regularly with the Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shift schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lb occasionally and stand, bend, and walk for entire shifts.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions and wear required PPE.
