Packaging Agent – First Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a reliable Packaging Agent to join its first‑shift team in Brookville. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated cannabis manufacturing environment, ensuring products are measured, packaged, and labeled to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measure, package, and label cannabis products accurately.
• Compare finished goods against product standards to verify quality.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport packaged items from the work area to storage.
• Ensure all activities comply with company quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to work around plant material, including pollen and dust.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, and lift as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) applications (a plus).
