About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Functional Consultant to join its Oracle unit in Dallas. The role focuses on leading retail‑focused Oracle projects, aligning technical delivery with business objectives, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in line with client goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, lead meetings with technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Evaluate deliverables, introduce new methodologies and tools to improve execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, integrating quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and foster professional development.
