About the role

HEI Civil is seeking an experienced Bulldozer Operator to join its Dallas team. You will operate a bulldozer and, when needed, other heavy‑equipment machines on a variety of civil‑construction projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a bulldozer and, as required, additional equipment such as backhoes, loaders, scrapers, excavators, water tankers, mechanical sweepers, skid steers, compactors, and motor graders.
• Maintain three‑point contact when mounting and dismounting any equipment.
• Follow signals and instructions from crew members and coordinate activities on site.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, complete required checklists, and report any needed repairs.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
• Attend daily safety briefings and operate in compliance with company safety policies, site rules, and traffic regulations.
• Report safety violations and incidents immediately to supervisors or the safety team.
• When not operating machinery, perform duties of a construction laborer.

Required profile

• Understanding of computerized controls and electronic systems on construction equipment.
• Excellent hand‑eye‑foot coordination.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles and procedures.
• Good physical condition, strength, and endurance to lift and move heavy materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and in extreme weather conditions.
• Disciplined, reliable, and proactive problem‑solver.
