About the role
The Office Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for daily office operations in a professional services environment. This fully onsite role blends front‑desk duties, office management, and light project‑based administrative support, offering a chance to grow within a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front‑desk presence.
- Coordinate daily office operations to keep the workspace clean, organized, and functional.
- Manage shared spaces such as conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining conference‑room calendars.
- Support expense reporting processes using expense‑management software.
- Provide data‑entry support for administrative and project‑related tasks.
- Assist with billing documentation and record updates.
- Offer additional administrative support to leadership and team members as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an office coordinator, receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working fully onsite in an office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Experience with expense‑reporting platforms such as Concur is a plus.

- Hourly rate $25‑$28.50.
