Mobile Application Developer (Android) – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are looking for an Android mobile application developer to join DataAnnotation’s remote coding team. You will work on creating and solving coding problems that train AI models, building Android apps, and providing feedback on AI‑generated code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Android coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality Kotlin (or Java) code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that helps improve next‑generation AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or programmer.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred).
• One or more of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Strong written communication and grammar.
