Merchandiser – Chains – Low Desert (Full‑time)

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is looking for a motivated Merchandiser to showcase its brands across chain stores in the Low Desert region. You will be responsible for building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards. The role requires a reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new item opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Availability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
