Merchandiser – Brand Display & Inventory Management

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage Group as a Merchandiser and help showcase our beverage brands across the Tampa market. You will be responsible for building eye‑catching displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS material.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Stay informed about beer, wine, and spirit brands to provide knowledgeable service.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and safely.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use.
