Walmart Retail Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Specialist for Premium, you will ensure client brands are prominently displayed and available in Walmart stores. You will work independently to execute merchandising activities that connect shoppers with the products they love.

Key responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms and place products on the sales floor.
• Stock, pack out, and front‑face items to maintain optimal shelf presentation.
• Receive, transport, and install marketing and promotional materials according to instructions.
• Build displays and set up promotional signage as required.
• Use Premium’s mobile field‑technology to answer step‑by‑step questions, upload photos, and report completed work the same day.
• Represent Premium and its clients, collaborating with Walmart store managers, associates, and your direct manager.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
• Smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
• Flexible Monday‑Friday schedule and ability to work independently.
