Material Handler – 2nd Shift (Supply Chain)

About the role

The Material Handler works the 2nd shift (Monday‑Thursday, 4:00 pm‑2:30 am) supporting Cresco Labs’ supply chain in Brookville. You will ensure that all departments receive the correct materials at the point of use and maintain accurate inventory records for both cannabis and non‑cannabis items.

Key responsibilities

• Provide departments with required materials based on work orders and bills of materials.
• Record weights and tote counts for all cannabis products stored, received, or shipped.
• Operate the Seed to Sales software (MJ Freeway) to track inventory movements.
• Follow FIFO procedures to preserve product quality and shelf life.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of cannabis material, supplies, and equipment.
• Shred plant waste in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours (4:00 pm‑2:30 am).
• Willingness to collaborate closely with multiple internal teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for cannabis handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MJ Freeway (Seed to Sales) software.
