Marketing Manager – Revenue Optimization & Pipeline Management

About the role

The Marketing Manager, Revenue Optimization & Pipeline Management will own the performance of STEM’s enrollment‑focused marketing investments, ensuring lead‑to‑enrollment efficiency and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Stem Product Marketing, you will partner with Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing‑qualified lead and enrollment pipeline management, developing governance processes, SLAs and routing standards.
• Monitor funnel performance, provide pipeline reporting, and recommend prioritization based on lead quality and revenue impact.
• Analyze and optimize marketing investment performance across paid media, lead‑generation partners and referral programs.
• Manage relationships with lead‑generation partners and agencies, conducting regular business reviews and driving improvements in volume, quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and KPI frameworks to deliver actionable insights for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing operations, pipeline or revenue operations, commercial analytics or related functions.
• Strong analytical ability to translate large data sets into business recommendations.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management and cross‑functional influence skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce or comparable CRM platform.
• Marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot.
• Business intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Google Analytics 4 and digital attribution platforms.
• Advanced Excel modeling and AI‑enabled reporting/forecasting tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
