Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

About the role

Dove Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and generate qualified sales opportunities across its print, IT, physical security, barcode and solutions businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand‑generation campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles through email, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, organic search, events and referrals.
• Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub – build workflows, forms, landing pages, email nurture sequences, lead scoring, segmentation, routing and reporting dashboards.
• Oversee digital advertising and website conversion – create audiences, ads, landing pages, optimize traffic quality, lead capture and attribution.
• Track leads, qualified opportunities, pipeline, revenue and ROI; produce concise performance reports to guide investment decisions.
• Support sales with campaign messaging, presentations, case studies and one‑page solution briefs using Canva or similar tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable platform.
• Proven track record of creating and improving lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as the primary internal marketing resource.
