Marketing Generalist

About the role

Farmhouse Pottery is seeking a production‑focused Marketing Generalist who can deliver a high volume of on‑brand content across email, SMS, social, and e‑commerce channels. You will leverage AI tools and automation platforms to keep the brand visible and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test, and send email, SMS, and site pop‑up campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Use AI tools to design and automate marketing workflows, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Produce and adapt on‑brand creative assets for email, social, paid, and e‑commerce use.
• Manage the digital image library, ensuring assets are properly tagged and organized.
• Maintain Farmhouse Pottery’s presence on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Support influencer coordination and content asset organization.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce manager to update site imagery, product pages, and landing pages.
• Assist with loyalty, gift‑registry, and trade program initiatives.

Required profile

• A production mindset that values output, consistency, and speed.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted design and automation tools.
• Strong visual sense for brand aesthetics without needing formal design training.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year.
