Marketing Campaign Activation Lead

About the role

As a Marketing Campaign Activation Lead you will drive the activation and delivery of large‑scale global marketing campaigns that support business objectives and enhance market impact. You will work across functions, regions and external partners to translate strategy into compelling initiatives and ensure successful execution from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the activation and execution of global marketing campaigns.
• Build and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, including external agencies and partners.
• Develop activation plans, content strategies, budgets and timelines.
• Shape campaign messaging and value propositions for target audiences.
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, content and assets across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage risks and present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution in an international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to create structure in complex, multi‑regional projects.
• Commercial mindset and data‑informed approach, balancing creativity with execution.
