Marketing Associate – Newport Beach

About the role

The Marketing Associate will work closely with Greystar’s marketing team, onsite property teams, and regional leadership to develop and execute tailored tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of residential assets in Newport Beach.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams across assigned properties.
• Develop and launch tactical marketing campaigns and asset‑specific strategies that reinforce community branding and business objectives.
• Assist onsite teams with social media strategy, email marketing, website advertising, content creation, and overall customer experience.
• Analyze performance reports, present data to internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with revenue management to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Communicate via webinars, live presentations, social media tools, website content, training manuals, and major events to boost engagement.
• Recommend design agencies, manage creative scopes, issue RFPs, and oversee property branding projects to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain organized digital storage of all marketing assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of marketing experience.
• At least 1 + year of property management experience.
