Manager, Technical Account Management

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead a high‑performing team that supports mid‑market to enterprise customers across AMER. The role focuses on driving fast value, deeper adoption, durable retention and thoughtful expansion through data‑driven, AI‑augmented customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Technical Account Managers supporting mid‑market to enterprise accounts across AMER.
• Establish an operating rhythm with clear goals, performance expectations, coaching cadences and KPI visibility.
• Drive execution of onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality customer support.
• Use health signals, adoption data and renewal timing to prioritize work, intervene early and focus effort for maximum impact.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Solutions, Product and other teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and remove blockers.
• Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing patterns, risks and opportunities to inform process improvements and product direction.
• Build and operationalize AI‑driven workflows, agents and automated playbooks that increase coverage and quality while reducing manual effort.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or a similar post‑sales SaaS function, including managing high‑performing customer‑facing teams.
• Proven ability to coach teams through onboarding, value realization, renewal strategy, risk mitigation and growth across a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Strong operational judgment using health scores, adoption data and account signals to prioritize work and improve outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and customer decision‑makers.
