Management Consultant – Federal Health Tech Projects

About the role

Cogent Infotech is seeking a Management Consulting Associate to lead agile project management for federal health technology initiatives. The role focuses on quality, technology requirements, cybersecurity, AI, patient experience, and interoperability across public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present strategies and solutions based on industry best practices to drive project deliverables.
• Perform quantitative analysis and verify data accuracy for informed decision‑making.
• Facilitate problem‑solving sessions, gather multiple perspectives, and recommend improvements.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, issue and risk mitigation, and change management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on analysis and solution development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address needs, influence outcomes, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre‑sales teams to contribute to campaigns and intellectual capital.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in agile project management within a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of federal health technology, cybersecurity, AI, and interoperability concepts.
