Make-Ready Specialist – Bellrock Sawyer Yards

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartment units are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site at the Bellrock Sawyer Yards, you will perform a range of technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready homes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under the direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, debris, and pressure‑washing surfaces.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical labor and work safely in a residential environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a standardized make‑ready checklist.
• Reliability to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet occupancy targets.
