About the role

The Leasing Professional (Temporary) will support Bellrock Sawyer Yards in achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This onsite, full‑time position focuses on guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and address any pre‑move‑in issues.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, handle inquiries, and support lease renewals.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
