Maintenance Technician – Views at Angle Lake

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Views at Angle Lake community in SeaTac, Washington. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment and systems operate reliably.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any recurring problems to management.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site at the SeaTac location.
• Experience in building or facilities maintenance, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
• Commitment to follow safety procedures and adhere to regulatory codes.
