About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.
