Maintenance Technician – The Isley at Windsor Hill

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s team at The Isley at Windsor Hill. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final inspection.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts instead of replacing them and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
