Maintenance Technician – Solstice at Eastland Yards

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Solstice at Eastland Yards, a new garden‑style community in Charlotte, NC. The role is full‑time and involves keeping the building, grounds, amenities and common areas in excellent condition, ensuring safety, appearance and functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property to reduce future issues.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare units for new residents, ensuring all systems are operational and the unit meets quality standards.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Available to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
• Ability to work on‑site at the Charlotte location.
• Commitment to follow established procedures, safety protocols and regulatory codes.
