Maintenance Technician – Page Oaks Townhome Community

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Page Oaks townhome community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, perform maintenance tasks, and inspect completed work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials and tools efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Physical capability to perform mechanical and cleaning tasks across the property.
• Attention to detail for documentation and inventory management.
