Maintenance Technician – Marlowe Sand Canyon

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Marlowe Sand Canyon community in Santa Clarita. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across a 323‑unit property.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing and repairing issues promptly.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Maintain common areas, amenities and grounds to company standards.
• Document work performed in the property management software.
• Assist with on‑call rotations as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with property management platforms such as Entrata or Happy Properties.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
