Maintenance Technician – Kurve (Los Angeles)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Kurve property team in Los Angeles. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and repairing them according to company policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience in property management, preferably high‑rise.
• Availability for on‑call duties and weekend work.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Onesite property‑management platform.
• Proficiency with the Happy Property software.
