About the role
The Resident Service Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants and property staff by delivering high‑quality customer service and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within a large, stabilized residential community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line assistance to prospective tenants, current residents and property staff.
- Orient new residents to the property, assist with utility set‑up and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
- Coordinate resident activities and events, working closely with the property team to enhance the living experience.
- Maintain accurate resident records and support administrative tasks using property management software.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a Resident Services or similar coordination role.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management system.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
