Maintenance Technician – Hollywood Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Hollywood Park community in Inglewood. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them according to policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and minimizing waste of materials.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday with on‑call duties.
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount.
