Maintenance Technician – Estates

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Estates ensures that the physical components of the Bee Cave community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident‑requested work orders and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and executing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Ensure all repairs and installations comply with established safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and documentation.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.
