Maintenance Technician – 23 Twelve

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to support the physical condition of its residential properties. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and carry out repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, and coordination with vendors.
• Schedule and supervise contractors for specialized tasks while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with building systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety protocols, regulatory codes and company policies.
• Organized approach to managing multiple work orders and coordinating with external vendors.
