Maintenance Supervisor – The Highland

About the role

The Highland community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical condition of the property, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Real Page.
• Proficiency with communication tools including Happy Co, Outlook, and Teams.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday schedule.
