Temporary Leasing Manager (Los Angeles)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for a Los Angeles community. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets while overseeing a high‑performing leasing team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and generate leasing reports using property‑management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit appearance and safety, and implement merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process, generating and tracking traffic and lease conversions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using Snappt.
• Familiarity with Funnel platform (preferred).
