Maintenance Supervisor – The Highland

About the role
The Highland community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical condition of the property, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units.
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with property‑management software such as Real Page.
- Proficiency with communication tools including Happy Co, Outlook, and Teams.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday schedule.
