Maintenance Supervisor – Summerwell Avian Pointe

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Summerwell Avian Pointe, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the community’s grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Commitment to follow Greystar policies, safety standards, and applicable code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships.
