Maintenance Supervisor – Lake Nona Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Lake Nona community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budgetary guidelines.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance activities and related documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and quality control.
• Capability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
