About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to keep the property operating smoothly. The supervisor coordinates maintenance activities, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and maintains records of all work performed while interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.
